DMCA and copyright

We respect copyright and will remove infringing material. Send notices to yqin1090@gmail.com including the details below.

Effective 26 October 2026

Our position

This site publishes original English text and original SVG illustrations. It does not host game clients, leaked assets, private-server files or third-party screenshots. Short references to game names and terminology are used for identification and commentary.

If you hold a copyright and believe material on this site infringes it, send a notice to yqin1090@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”.

What a valid notice must include

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a notice should contain all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — the exact URL is ideal.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

Incomplete notices may be returned for clarification. We may also remove or disable access to the identified material while we review.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice that includes your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and your contact details and consent to jurisdiction. We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant as required.

Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including legal costs. Please verify your claim before sending a notice.

Repeat infringers

We maintain a policy of removing material and restricting access for contributors who are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices.
