Sword of Immortality is a 3D cultivation RPG built around sword flight, automatic combat and long-horizon character growth. G-bits develops the game; the mainland Chinese release is handled by Leiting Games, while the Asia service runs under LTGAMES GLOBAL. The English name is the one used on international store listings, but most community material — and every mechanic term — still originates in Chinese.

What kind of game is it?

The official description frames it as a “sword-flight idle cultivation” game. In practice that means your character travels on a flying sword, fights on a mostly automatic loop, and grows through realm breakthroughs rather than moment-to-moment inputs. Manual decisions concentrate in three places: which faction and sub-path you commit to, how you allocate limited enhancement resources, and when you time fabao and divine abilities inside a boss or duel window.

The official feature set also lists spirit beasts, fabao, large-scale aerial brawls with more than a hundred players, and giant-beast hunts. Later chapters cover those systems; this page only fixes the release facts.

Dates are launch days, not maintenance windows. When a patch notes a “version launch”, the content usually goes live after a scheduled maintenance on that date; regional time zones can shift the visible date by one day.

Platforms and cross-save

The game ships on Android, iOS and an official PC client. All three share one data set — the same account and the same character — so starting on a phone and continuing on PC does not require a transfer or a second profile. There is no separate PC-only server listed in the official material.

The PC build is downloaded from the official site rather than a storefront launcher. That matters for two reasons: the client updates on the game’s own schedule, and any third-party “PC version” download page should be treated as unofficial.

Cross-save, not cross-region

Shared data applies to one account across platforms. It does not merge the mainland service with the Asia service: those are separate publishers and separate account systems.

Mainland and Asia services

The mainland client launched first, in January 2025, under Leiting Games. The Asia server opened almost a year later, in November 2025, under LTGAMES GLOBAL. The gap matters when you read guides: a Chinese article written in early 2025 may describe a build that predates the Asia server entirely, and a 2026 Asia player may never have seen the earlier balance state.

Content cadence can also diverge. Treat the version number in a guide as part of the claim, not as a footnote — this site tags every page with the patch it was checked against.

What are the official system requirements?

The official PC page lists three tiers, and the mobile requirement is stated separately. Storage is the number that catches people out: the PC client asks for 110 GB.

TierCPUGPURAMStorage
PC minimumi5-9600GTX 1060 5G8 GB110 GB
PC, 2K recommendedi5-12490FRTX 2070S 8G24 GB110 GB
PC, 4Ki7-13700FRTX 4070S 12G32 GB110 GB
Mobile minimumA13 / Snapdragon 865 / Dimensity 1200—8 GB40 GB

The minimum PC row also specifies Windows 10 22H2. The mobile row is a device-class requirement rather than a benchmark: Apple A13, Snapdragon 865 and Dimensity 1200 are treated as equivalent floors. If your phone sits below all three, the client may install but not hold a stable frame rate in large fights.

Part numbers are given in Intel retail form; the source strings read “1249DF” and “1370DF”.

Free to play, with in-app purchases

Sword of Immortality is free to download and includes in-app purchases. This page states the model as fact; it does not rank bundles, passes or recharge options. Monetisation advice is out of scope by editorial rule, so the guide stays useful whether you spend or not.

The name confusion: 问剑长生 vs 御剑问长生

Two strings cause most of the misdirected search traffic:

  • 問劍長生 is the traditional-character form of the same title. Same game, different character set.
  • 御剑问长生 is a similar-looking name that appears in search results and video titles. It is not this game.

If a page mixes the two, its mechanics may belong to a different title. Check the developer before trusting a build.

What is still unconfirmed

  • Console versions. No official PS5 or Xbox release has been announced as of 26 October 2026.
  • Full English UI coverage. The Asia service exists, but we have not verified every in-game label against an official English glossary.
  • Server list and region locks. Which countries can register on which service is not documented in one place.

Each item stays marked as unconfirmed until a primary source settles it. We would rather show a gap than fill it with a guess.

Where to go next

With the release facts settled, start with the beginner's guide: it lays out the ten-realm ladder, what each stage unlocks and the ascension checklist. If you already know the game and want the combat maths, go straight to Lingya and ability timing. Builds are collected in the rotation library, and every Chinese term used across the site is fixed in the glossary.
